Holiday Returns Policy
Buying a gift? Orders placed between November 4 and December 24 can be exchanged until January 31 2025.
For complete confidence when buying a Holiday gift, we’re extending our return policy. If you place an order online or over the phone, or buy a watch in one of our boutiques between November 4 and December 24, you’re entitled to return it for an exchange only, up to January 31 2025. Please ensure we receive your return by this date.
Can’t see another watch you’d like to exchange for? We can offer you a credit note instead.
Please note, if you buy a watch sold by a certified seller on our Marketplace, we are unable to offer this extended returns policy and our usual 14-day return policy for a refund will apply.
Please return items in the same condition and with the same accessories as purchased, with online and telephone purchases retaining the red returns tag. You can return a watch by post or in person at your closest Watchfinder location.
If you purchase your watch online or over the phone, our usual 14-day return policy for a refund will apply throughout this period.
Last Order Dates
For watches that are stocked locally, you can place an order up to and including Thursday December 19 for next day delivery.
Exceptions
If the bracelet size of the watch you’re purchasing needs to be adjusted to fit, please place your order earlier to ensure we can still dispatch your watch by this date.
If the watch is sold by a certified seller on our Marketplace, please place your order by December 14 for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.
Some watches on our site are available for pre-order, which means they are in stock but aren’t quite ready yet. These watches usually have a longer delivery date of approximately 10 business days, so may not arrive in time for Christmas unless you place your order by December 9.
Some watches are located in our international markets, so will take longer to be delivered. You can identify these by the flag on our listing and product pages. Last order dates for these watches are as follows:
- December 17 if the watch is in UK
- December 17 if the watch is in France or Spain
- December 17 if the watch is in Switzerland
- December 17 if the watch is in Hong Kong
